Course Overview

The programme builds strong knowledge in biochemical science with a focus on molecular processes and laboratory training. Students study enzyme activity, protein structure, and cellular reactions supported by practical lab work.

Research projects form a key part of the programme. Topics include disease pathways, drug action, metabolic disorders, and protein analysis. Students gain experience in experimental design, lab techniques, and scientific reporting.

General Eligibility

A bachelor’s degree in biochemistry or a related life science field is required. Applicants must submit academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and a short statement of purpose. Some applicants may need prior laboratory experience. Scholarships may be available through university merit awards and external funding schemes.
