The LLB Law and Legal Practice offers you an opportunity to graduate with a set of legal skills and competencies relevant to the pursuit of legal practical qualifications. You will be taught by leading scholars as well as expert legal practitioners. You will be examined in oral and written forms of advocacy and reflectively engage with what it means to advocate on behalf of a client. Your studies will be organized around skills-oriented courses relevant to the legal profession, including but not limited to:
evidence
legal argument and language in the law
mooting and trial skills
transformative lawyering.
