Course Overview

The goal of Biomedical Science is to better understand human health and to explore the cause of diseases that have a major impact on the global population at a systems, cellular and molecular level. But more than that, our graduates are taking what they know and working towards developing novel therapeutic strategies and developing government health policy. As part of our frontline medical team, Biomedical scientists in healthcare laboratories are involved in over 70% of diagnoses in the UK alone.
