Course Overview

The Bachelor in International Digital Experience Design originated to meet industry demand for multidisciplinary creators. Over time, the program shifted from lecture-based instruction to project-driven studio learning. General Eligibility

Entry Requirements

• Secondary education diploma equivalent to Flemish secondary standards (e.g., high school diploma, A-Levels, IB Diploma).

• Proof of English proficiency meeting minimum test criteria.

• Identity documentation, motivation statement, and academic transcripts submitted via the Thomas More application portal.

Application Process

1. Complete the online application on the Thomas More portal.

2. Upload academic certificates, language test results, and passport copies.

3. Admissions team verifies diploma equivalence and background credentials.

4. Approved applicants receive a conditional offer letter and tuition payment invoice.

5. Pay tuition fees to secure registration and obtain visa support documents.

Scholarships

• Merit-Based Discount: International students can apply for a tuition fee reduction based on academic history.

• Tuition Fee Waiver: Non-EEA students maintaining strong academic performance can request partial fee exemptions through university financial services.

Part Time Work Details

Non-EU students with a valid student residence permit can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during official academic holidays.

Language Requirement

• Applicants whose primary education was not conducted in English must provide valid test scores:

  • IELTS Academic: Minimum overall band score of 6.0.

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79.

  • PTE Academic: Minimum score of 59.

  • Duolingo English Test: Minimum score of 110 (some tracks accept 95+).

  • Cambridge Assessment English: Minimum scale score of 169 (B2 First / B2 First for Schools).
