Course Overview

An organisation’s success may depend on how well it enables its employees to become skilled, committed and empowered with the tools they need to grow and meet their goals. This course develops you as an HR specialist with an international outlook, able to meet these management challenges.

Gain a high level of practical knowledge and develop the expertise to make an invaluable contribution to effective organisational management on a course where you explore the latest ideas at operational and strategic levels, and learn to recognise the people management implications of corporate decisions and goals.

Your studies encompass aspects of HRM such as leading people; strategic management; and talent resourcing and development. You will also understand how relevant employment law applies in a global context.

General Eligibility

Applicants should have a good undergraduate degree at Honours level, or equivalent.

To apply for a postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA/LLM) at the University of Bedfordshire you should have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate subject from a recognised university or HE institution.

We will also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications or appropriate work experience.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
