This Education MA is relevant to all educational sectors and contexts, from schools to further and higher education. Research supported by critical inquiry and discourse will extend, develop and enhance your ability to analyze, evaluate and judge the underlying assumptions surrounding educational policy and practice. This course is offered as the core to our MA Education suite, if you are interested in focusing on a particular area then you may wish to graduate with a bracketed specialism. Look at our MA Education Leadership and Management if you are keen to develop your skills in a business or corporate context, Special educational needs, and disability for those looking to work with vulnerable learners, and Teaching and Learning for those working in an educational setting such as a school or college. A minimum of a 2:2 honors degree or an equivalent qualification such as a Certificate in Education (Cert Ed). Other professional qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 6 in each component (or approved equivalent*).
