Understanding contemporary corporate finance is the key to understanding modern business. Covering all areas of finance including investment analysis and capital management, you’ll have the tools to solve financial problems faced by business today.
This course is tailored towards ambitious students who want a management and finance degree, and you’ll learn in a live environment. Using data from the London Stock Exchange, you’ll form portfolios of listed companies and compare it against the market. You’ll identify over and under-priced companies, as well as calculating Beta, among other skills.
You’ll take on the challenge of a work placement, developing your theory and practical skills to an employable level, as well as developing your understanding of financial organisations.
During your BA in Business Management (Finance), you’ll develop key business skills to help you in a management or financial career. Focusing on topics such as resource management, leadership, business finance and analysis, you’ll be able to work effectively as part of a team. Presenting and communicating your ideas will give you confidence in a fast-paced business environment, and you’ll have specialist knowledge in business strategy and process. You’ll also successfully train to get Bloomberg and DataStream certificates during your degree, a key part of the course.

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
The IELTS score for international applicants is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
