Our course will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge further in restorative dentistry. Building on basic principles, the course provides consultant-led clinical and laboratory practice. You will undertake restorative cases requiring both routine and complex treatments. This involves treatment planning, clinical procedures, and technical work. Our graduates are in demand, and they continue to be among the most employable in the country. By providing internships and work experience placements wherever possible, we ensure you have the relevant skills to excel in your chosen career. Employers play an active role in our degrees by delivering technical lectures or taking a role in professional skills modules. Many Ph.D. programs include training and work experience in commercial laboratories. Selected courses are developed and accredited by professional organizations and many courses include project-based assignments and/or case study analysis.
At least one year of post-qualification experience by the start of the course, although we prefer two years of experience.
