Course Overview

Our LLM in International Commercial Law equips you with an advanced understanding of the complex legal issues surrounding international business law, international commercial law, and corporate governance and finance. This course is one of four taught law courses (LLM) we offer and is suitable for graduates of any background. It is ideal if youre interested in gaining a better legal understanding of todays global business environment. It will give you the knowledge, insights, and analytical skills to enhance your career in practice, business, or academia. If you are pursuing another career path, it will enhance your understanding of how the law shapes and influences global businesses and their activities. You will develop your knowledge and expertise in international business law, including: corporate governance corporate finance business regulations

General Eligibility

A 2:1 honors degree, or international equivalent, in law or any other subject.
