BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy

The BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy course at Bournemouth University is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Throughout the three-year course, students will learn how to assess and manage musculoskeletal injuries, as well as develop their knowledge in areas such as anatomy, physiotherapy, and sports psychology. Students will also gain practical experience through clinical placements and hands-on training in the university's state-of-the-art sports therapy facilities. Upon completion of the course, students will be eligible to become a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and enter the sports therapy profession as knowledgeable and skilled practitioners.

This course requires 128–144 UCAS tariff points to include a minimum of two A-levels or equivalent, including 40 points in a required subject. However, we are happy to consider a combination of qualifications and grades to meet the overall tariff, for example, A-levels A*A*C, AAA, A*BC or ABB, BTECs DDD or DDM in a required subject.
