This postgraduate degree will provide you with advanced training in research methods in the psychology of mental health, equipping you with the research and professional skills required for a research career.
The School of Psychology and Vision Sciences has particular research strengths in the:
Cognitive and behavioural sciences
Perception and sensory processing
Health and psychological well-being, including ageing
You will be encouraged to undertake a research project in one of these areas.
Second-class honours degree in psychology, biological science or a related discipline.
20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability. If you do not yet meet our requirements, our English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU) offers a range of courses to help you to improve your English to the necessary standard.
