The BSc Physiotherapy course has been developed to equip you with the key skills required to successfully pursue a career in this exciting profession. Boasting a comprehensive curriculum, you will learn the fundamental skills required to successfully help and treat patients physical problems caused by illness, accident, or aging. Teaching is delivered through a series of lectures, workshops, and real-life simulations, which will be further supported through the completion of clinical practice placement. The course is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and accredited by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). On successful completion of the course, you are eligible to apply for registration with the HCPC to work as a physiotherapist within the UK. 128 UCAS Tariff points From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A-level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate. GCSE Requirements: Applicants will need Maths and English Language and a Science at minimum grade 4/C, or an equivalent. Additional Requirements: Applicants will be required to attend an interview. Admission is subject to a suitable DBS Enhanced Certificate and a satisfactory health check. Applicants must meet the Health and Care Professions Council's suitability for registration requirements.
