Course Overview

The event industry is currently facing a wide range of issues €“ meaning that businesses now more than ever are in need of creative managers who can help them get closer to their customers through event marketing, or help solve the difficult issues facing the creative industries. The event sector was forecasted to grow to over £48 billion by 2020 in the UK alone, and in 2018 it supported 570,000 full time jobs. Our MSc International Events Management course aims to provide specialist training and an in-depth knowledge of the event industry and the full event management cycle for those who are currently working in, or seeking to work in, this dynamic and exciting industry.

General Eligibility

Applicants should hold an honours degree 2.2 or above in a relevant academic discipline, such as events management, business management, sport management or hospitality/tourism degrees.
