Course Overview

From the impacts of our changing climate, the quality of the air we breathe and the water we drink, to the challenges of dealing with our waste and meeting the competing demands on our natural spaces, environmental issues impact us all. This highly current degree examines topics such as ecology and conservation; sustainable development; resources, energy and waste management, and pollution control in both developing and developed countries. You will combine theory, leading-edge research, and practical experience in order to find workable solutions to current and future environmental problems.

General Eligibility

120 UCAS Tariff points From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A-level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate. GCSE Requirements: Applicants will need Maths and English Language at minimum grade 4/C, or an equivalent.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • International applicants should have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component (or an approved equivalent*).
