Develop a sound understanding of psychological theory and research while studying entirely online, to convert your existing bachelor's degree into a Masters's in Psychology and take your first step toward a career as a psychologist. Gain a scientific understanding of the mind, brain, and human behavior, and how they interact within complex environments. You will be encouraged to consider multiple perspectives, critically evaluate and reflect upon psychological theory and research findings, as well as how to apply psychological understanding to practice. You'll learn from enthusiastic and dedicated tutors, who are also practitioners and involved in the latest research. As a distance learner, you will have support from the Department through regular contact with your module tutors, access to specialist services, and a wide range of e-books and research journals at the University Library.
You should usually hold a second-class honors degree (certain programs may require a 2:1) from a recognized British or overseas university.
