BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management

Course Overview

Youll learn how to develop and manage outstanding customer experiences from industry-experienced staff. Youll develop essential skills and experience on an international or UK-based work placement and gain opportunities to visit tourist destinations such as Barcelona and Amsterdam on field trips. Youll learn how to set up and promote your own hotel or tourism business through specialist enterprise, marketing, and operations management modules. Our on-campus business hub, The Growth Hub, will connect you to leading local business expertise with opportunities for work shadowing and working on live business briefs. Our Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation, and Tourism courses are ranked 12th in the UK and 3rd for graduate prospects, according to the Complete University Guide 2021.

General Eligibility

104 UCAS tariff points, BCC at A levels, DMM at BTEC or a Merit in your T-Level.

English Language or Literature and Maths Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) are normally required.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

• The IELTS score for international applicants is 6 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
