Course Overview
The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering builds strong skills in machine systems, energy processes, and design methods. Students gain knowledge of how mechanical equipment functions in industries such as manufacturing, transport, and energy production.
The program has developed alongside Malta’s engineering and industrial growth, giving students exposure to real engineering work through projects, lab sessions, and industry contact. Practical tasks help students apply classroom learning to real situations.
Graduates may work in mechanical design firms, production plants, energy companies, and technical service roles. The course also supports further study in engineering fields at postgraduate level. The mix of theory and practical training helps students move into engineering roles with clear technical understanding.
