Course Overview
Youll develop skills in managing sports events, facilities, and people, as well as capitalizing on business opportunities in this dynamic industry. Youll gain experience through professional placements, students have recently worked for Ironman UK, Gloucestershire FA, Mark Johnston Racing, Gullivers Sports Travel as well as for sports businesses in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
Youll also build your industry understanding through sports practitioners in lectures with recent guests including professionals from The Football People, Cricket South Africa, Severn Stars Professional Netball Team, Gloucester Rugby, and Aspire Sport and Cultural Trust.
General Eligibility
104 UCAS tariff points, BCC at A levels, DMM at BTEC or a Merit in your T-Level.
English Language or Literature and Maths Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) are normally required.
Part Time Work Details
20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.
