Course Overview

You will graduate with a clear understanding of how to achieve business success by effectively building a resilient team and aligning your people with the organizations strategic objectives. All the modules are rooted firmly in professional practice and are designed to provide you with the ability to apply your managerial, human resource management, and leadership skills in a variety of sectors. Each course in the Business and Management program comprises of a dual award: A globally recognized Masters qualification A Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (level 7) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI)

Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honors degree or its equivalent in any subject discipline.
