You will learn how to design, implement and manage computer networks, as well as develop software, database systems, and web applications. The core technical content of the course is directed towards the study of modern tools and techniques in the fields of network routing and switching, wireless networks, software development, database systems, and web programming. You will learn to use modern software tools and environments, allowing you to match these to the needs of commerce and industry using appropriate development methodology to provide high-quality software solutions.
Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honors degree or its equivalent in any NON-Computing discipline.
Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
