MSc Sport (Sport Science)

Course Overview

The MSc/MA Sport has four distinct and separate pathways of study allowing you to focus on Sport Science or Physical Activity and Health or Sport Management or Sports Media & Digital Marketing. You can elect to study topics in your chosen area of interest and the program allows you to design your masters degree to meet your career aspirations. The MSc/MA Sport provides the opportunity for you to develop a critical understanding of key topics in your chosen pathway. The learning is blended €“ including a mix of online, seminars, workshops, and practical-based sessions €“ to meet the needs of students balancing home, study, and work requirements. All modules are designed and delivered by staff with national and international research reputations and/or extensive industry experience. The university has excellent partnership links to sport organizations, professional bodies, and businesses, giving you the opportunity to grow your networks and enhance your professional profile.

General Eligibility

Candidates will normally hold a first or second-class honors degree or equivalent.
