Course Overview
The BA in Business Management gives students a broad understanding of modern business practice. The programme develops knowledge across management, leadership, marketing, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, research, and organisational strategy. Students complete assignments, presentations, group projects, case studies, and a research project that build practical workplace skills.
Graduates are prepared for careers in business management, administration, marketing, operations, project management, human resources, sales, and entrepreneurship. The qualification supports employment in private companies, public organisations, and non-government organisations. Students who wish to continue their education can progress to postgraduate business programmes.
The course follows the Malta Qualifications Framework at Level 6, making it a recognised bachelor's qualification. Students benefit from experienced lecturers, flexible study options, classroom learning, and online academic resources throughout the programme.
General Eligibility
Applicants should normally have one of the following:
- Matriculation Certificate or an equivalent qualification at A-Level standard.
- An MQF/EQF Level 4 qualification, preferably in business or a related subject.
- Mature applicants with relevant work experience may be considered after an interview.
- International applicants must meet the English language requirement where applicable.
- Scholarships and government funding schemes may be available for eligible students. Students should apply directly through Domain Academy and submit the required academic documents during the admission process.
Part Time Work Details
International students in Malta may work part-time after meeting student residence permit requirements and obtaining the required employment licence from Jobsplus. Working hours are subject to Maltese immigration regulations.
