Our BSc (Hons) Zoology degree will open up a world of professional careers relating to the biology of animals. You could choose to work in the field, in the laboratory, or both €“ anywhere in the world. After graduating, you might work for a zoo, a wildlife conservation organization, or even an education or research establishment. Our students have gone to work for leading zoos, local wildlife trusts, and fieldwork and research teams in exciting places from Costa Rica to Africa. Whichever path you follow, you can be sure youre graduating with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that employers need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements.
UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
The English requirement for all ARU College courses is an IELTS overall score of 5.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components).
