Course Overview
The Master of Artificial Intelligence gives students advanced research experience and practical knowledge through laboratory work, graduate courses, and industry-based projects. Students study machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, intelligent robotics, cloud computing, and big data using modern AI platforms and professional software tools.
The program works closely with technology companies and research organizations in Busan. General Eligibility
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or another related discipline from a recognized university. Required documents usually include academic transcripts, degree certificate, passport copy, study plan, recommendation letter, financial documents, completed application form, and English language test scores. Applications are accepted for Spring and Fall admission through the Graduate School or International Admissions Office.
Tongmyong University offers scholarships for international graduate students based on English language scores, TOPIK results, and academic performance. New students may receive tuition reductions of 40% to 50%, depending on scholarship conditions. Students who maintain good academic performance may continue receiving scholarship support during later semesters.
Part Time Work Details
International students with a D-2 visa may work part-time after approval from the university and the Korean Immigration Office. Working hours follow Korean immigration rules and depend on language ability and academic performance.
