Course Overview

General Eligibility

Must have completed the following or equivalent:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree*
• Relevant graduate diploma*
• Relevant professional qualification

AND

• At least three years of relevant professional experience

Staircasing options from the Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science or Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science are also available.

Part Time Work Details

Up to 20 hours per week during study and full-time during scheduled holidays, subject to student visa conditions

Language Requirement

• Applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency.

  Accepted English tests include:

  Test	Minimum Requirement
  IELTS Academic	Overall 6.5 with no band below 6.0
  TOEFL iBT	90 overall with minimum writing score as required by AUT
  PTE Academic	Overall 58 with no communicative skill below 50
  Cambridge English	Accepted according to AUT entry standards
  Duolingo English Test	Accepted for selected programmes where approved by AUT

  Some Health Practice specialisations may require higher English language scores for professional registration.
