Our Audio & Music Technology course focuses heavily on the science and technology that underpins the subject area €“ the aim being that you'll have a wide range of career paths open to you once you graduate. We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it €“ and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships, or placements. Many past students now enjoy successful careers in the music industry and beyond €“ from recording and mix engineers and acoustic consultants through to lecturers and technicians, the choice is yours.
UK 5 GCSE passes at grade 3 or above (for GCSE's taken prior to 2017 a grade E will be accepted) plus evidence of having attempted two years of post GCSE study. 19 points for International Baccalaureate. (EU & International nationals ONLY): 40. UCAS Tariff points at A/AS level. For A levels taken prior to 2017, the requirement is 100 tariff points. 22 points for International Baccalaureate.
The English requirement for all ARU College courses is an IELTS overall score of 5.5 (with at least 5.5 in each of the four components).
