Course Overview
This programme builds strong understanding of human behaviour in workplace settings and links it with organisational goals. Learners study how leadership style, communication methods, and team structure influence performance and staff engagement.
The course supports skill development in areas such as conflict management, employee relations, workplace assessment, and organisational planning. Assignments are linked with real workplace scenarios, helping learners connect theory with practical situations.
Graduates often move into roles in human resource management, training and development, recruitment, and organisational support services. The qualification also supports progression to higher postgraduate study in psychology, business administration, or leadership-related fields.
