BA Language and/with History with International Experience

This course combines the study of language and history, with a focus on international experience. Students will learn how language and history are intertwined, and how cultural exchange and migration have shaped language use and historical events. The course will also provide opportunities for students to engage in linguistic and historical research projects, both independently and in collaboration with peers. By the end of the course, students will have developed a range of skills in language analysis, historical research, and cultural sensitivity.

We may waive formal entry requirements based on the judgment of academic potential. This program is suitable for beginners in Japanese. For French, German, Italian, and Spanish a minimum of CEFR level A2 (GCSE or equivalent) is required.
