One A-level must be science-based, Biology or Chemistry, and at Grade C or above. BTEC BTEC National Diploma Science - Distinction/Merit/Merit BTEC Extended Diploma Science - Distinction/Merit/Merit International Baccalaureate 24+ with six higher level points in Chemistry or Biology Access course Pass QAA Accredited AHE overall 112 UCAS tariff with at least 21 Level 3 credits at Distinction and 24 Level 3 credits at Merit from a Science subject. GCSE English and Maths at C (4) are required as separate qualifications.
