LLB Law with International Arbitration and Commercial Law

This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework that governs international trade, commerce, and dispute resolution. Students will learn about the principles of commercial law, including contracts, negotiable instruments, and business organizations. Additionally, they will gain an in-depth knowledge of international arbitration, including the rules and procedures of major arbitral institutions, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). This course is designed to prepare students for a career in law, particularly in areas related to international trade, commerce, and dispute resolution.

• BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma D in Applied Law, Business or Public Services subject, with A Levels grade BB.

• International Baccalaureate Diploma 31 points. GCSE English equivalent SL 5 or HL 4 and Mathematics SL 4 or HL 4.

• Obtain a minimum of 128 UCAS tariff points in the Access to HE Diploma in Law, Business and Law or Humanities and Social Science with 45 credits at Level 3.

• T levels: Distinction overall.
