Youll have the opportunity to meet professionals working in the broadcast, advertising, and marketing industries who visit us on campus and through organized field trips. Maybe your background is in media, sociology, or another relevant discipline, or perhaps you are already a professional in the communications or broadcast industry seeking to gain a more sociologically-informed understanding of those industries. In this course, youll develop the advanced skills and knowledge you need.
A 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification, in a Media/Communications-related subject (Media, Communications, Cultural Studies, Politics) preferably in the field of Sociology.
