The program builds knowledge in tourism operations, hotel management, and business administration. Learners start with service-focused subjects and move into higher-level management study at MBA stage.
Training includes work-based case tasks linked to hotel front office, travel planning, customer service systems, and business planning in hospitality settings. This supports skills used in hotels, resorts, airlines, and tourism agencies.
Graduates can move into supervisory and managerial positions in hospitality and tourism sectors or continue into higher academic study. The pathway structure gives steady academic growth from diploma level to postgraduate study, with a focus on industry-relevant business skills.
