You might already be working in the construction industry or be looking to expand your experience in a related field.

As part of this course, you’ll:

  • Develop the core competencies required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to become a chartered surveyor

  • Build on your workplace experiences by applying your studies to your work setting

  • Study construction technology, design economics, financial management and procurement

  • Conduct research that will hone your skills in inquiry and critical analysis

General Eligibility

Applicants should either have at least a second-class honours degree in a cognate subject, at least a second-class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • IELTS 6.0 with no skills below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
