Course Overview

The MSc Culinary Innovation Management, jointly delivered by Birkbeck and Le Cordon Bleu London Culinary Arts Institute, is designed to develop future leaders in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. You will develop the professional skills required to undertake a wide range of roles in the culinary industry, including entrepreneurship, culinary arts and hospitality management, and leadership and innovation in the area of the food business.

General Eligibility

Our standard postgraduate entry requirement is a second-class honors degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or an equivalent international qualification.

Part Time Work Details

20 hours of work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, the requirement for this program is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 7.0, with not less than 6.5 in each of the sub-tests.
