The hospitality sector employs 3.2 million people in the UK, representing 10% of all employment, 6% of businesses, and 5% of GDP. And yet the sector continues to unlock its full potential as one of the biggest engines for growth in the economy.

2020 was a difficult year for hospitality, but consumers remain eager to visit hospitality venues. The economy will look to the hospitality sector to spearhead the UK’s post-pandemic economic revival.

At ARU London, the structure of our degree course supports your understanding and evaluation of business concepts of management. But it also prepares you to work in the hospitality sector through extensive use of contemporary case studies, guest speakers and off-site visits.

This synthesis allows you to develop your knowledge while gaining commercial awareness and expertise in the industry.

General Eligibility

  • 96 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent).

  • 3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

  • The IELTS score for international applicants to Joint Honours is 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component).
