This extended degree will provide you with a solid grounding in business economics. You'll apply economic theory and data handling skills to analyze data and use industry-standard statistical software and databases, giving you vital experience for employment and postgraduate study. By choosing option modules, you'll be able to shape your degree to your own areas of interest or to the needs of your future career. A foundation year at the start of your studies will give you the skills required to flourish at the degree level. Our business economics graduates pursue careers in private and public companies, government and non-governmental organizations.
Applicants will normally have the equivalent of 64 UCAS points, plus GCSE English (language or literature) and mathematics at grade C / 4 or above. This might include: A€levels with grades DDE (or above) in relevant subjects. 64 UCAS points, including points from at least two AS-levels in relevant subjects. Three/four AS€levels with at least three C grades (or above) in relevant subjects. International Baccalaureate (Certificate or Diploma) with 20 points or more from at least three relevant subjects. Other qualifications, which will be considered on the application.
