This applied behavioral science and welfare degree is for students who want to pursue careers in animal behavior and animal welfare - particularly with animals in captivity. This degree is aimed at those with an active interest in the welfare of animals in captivity and who wish to develop this into a professional career. You will develop your theoretical and practical skills with state-of-the-art facilities designed with animal welfare and specific behavioral needs in mind. Modules include animal behavior, anatomy and physiology, animal cognition and learning, conservation, and animal health and disease management.
