On this MSc Clinical Exercise Science course, you’ll be equipped with practical and professional skills in fitness assessment and exercise interventions, such as medical management, exercise prescription and behaviour change.
You’ll develop your understanding of key clinical applications, including the relationship between exercise and chronic disease, the psychological effects of exercise and the importance of testing, and put this into practice through physiological assessments.
When you graduate, you’ll be in a strong position to pursue a career in a variety of clinical settings and have the opportunity to work towards becoming a certified clinical exercise physiologist.
A minimum of an upper second class honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. Professional experience and other qualifications may be taken into consideration for applicants not meeting this requirement.
