Course Overview

You will have an enhanced commercial awareness and understanding of the impact of HR decisions on an organisations success from recruitment to retention and talent management strategies for different stages of a company’s growth in an ever changing, global future.

General Eligibility

A 2:2 with honours in any discipline from a recognised university. We do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, significant relevant work experience or professional qualifications.

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

• IELTS Overall score 6.5. No less than 6.0 in any section. TOEFL Overall score 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
