BA Drama and Film & Television Studies

Course Overview

Studying Drama will equip you with valuable skills for graduate-level work in a great range of sectors. Alongside your performance skills, you will learn to critically engage with the social, historical and cultural contexts surrounding theatre. Through studio-based work, you will become a highly capable communicator, who will be able to adapt to individual and teamwork scenarios. You will also develop a range of professional transferable skills in time management, team-working, accurate note taking, research and IT. In addition, you’ll gain valuable critical, analytical and communication skills.

Part Time Work Details

Apprentices will need to be employed by your organization for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your organization will also need to commit to sponsoring apprentices to complete this qualification.

Language Requirement

• IELTS and IELTS Indicator (International English Language Testing System – academic version) 6.5 and no less than 6.0 in the writing section and no less than 5.5 in any other section TOEFL iBT and TOEFL iBT Home Edition and TOEFL iBT Paper Edition 90 with minimum scores of 21 for writing, 21 for listening, 22 for reading and 23 for speaking.
