BA (Hons) Business Management (Human Resource Management)

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of human resource management in a business context. Students will learn how to manage and develop employees, handle employee relations and conflict, and design and implement effective HR strategies. The course will also cover topics such as employment law, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to critically evaluate the role of HR in an organization and make informed decisions about HR policies and practices.
