LLM International Business Law and Management

Course Overview

This unique course offers a critical and insightful introduction to the fascinating world of international business and commercial law together with an experience in leadership and strategic management. The program aims to provide you with a foundation in International Public and Private Law, taught by industry experts and designed to consider recent global affairs. It then focuses on International Commercial Law, International Trade Law, Law and Ethics in International Business and Corporate, Research Methods, Global Leadership Challenges: Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship, Strategic Management, and any of the following three modules, Dissertation, Work Placement or Clinical Legal Education. We welcome graduates from all disciplines wanting to further or acquire new practical legal, leadership, and managerial skills. It provides you with a route for progression whether in academia or practice.

General Eligibility

At least a 2.2 honours degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• EU and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in any other component) or equivalent.
