General Eligibility

Qualifications: All candidates should have been awarded, or expect to achieve, a Masters degree in a relevant subject with a 60% or higher weighted average, and/or a First or Upper Second Class Honours degree (or equivalent qualification from an overseas institution). Your degree will need to be in a relevant field which will either be stated in the PhD vacancy advert or can be confirmed with your potential project supervisor when you discuss your proposal if you a taking a self-funded PhD.

IELTS Overall 6.5, Reading, Writing Listening, Speaking 6.0 Financial requirement You’ll need to show you have enough money to support yourself - unless you’ve been in the UK with a valid visa for at least 12 months on the date of your application.
