Our part-time Masters's course gives engineering managers the knowledge and experience to continue to build their careers. The leadership and management course is delivered in partnership with the triple-accredited Aston Business School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science, combining the knowledge and expertise of both schools. We already work with a wide range of trailblazer companies, adapting and tailoring the content of the course to meet the specific needs of the organization. The course is designed to develop future leaders, with a focus on boosting your performance, increasing your agility, and building your resilience.
