Course Overview

If you’ve stepped into a management/ leadership role in a health-related field, are passionate about improving the quality of health or social services as a dynamic leader of change, then our masters programme is for you.

You’ll learn about managing, leading and supervising strategies while focusing on your own workplace to conceptualise the theories and principles and good practice that can effectively be applied to your own work setting.

The Postgraduate Certificate can be topped up to Postgraduate Diploma Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care, with the completion of another 60 credits, or MSc Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care if including the dissertation.
