Course Overview

In today’s post-Covid19 world of hybrid work, employers are seeking graduates who are adaptable, committed to continuous learning and who come with key transferable skills that complement sector specific skills. This top-up degree course is designed to develop such skills and to open many doors to career opportunity.

This sets it apart from most, if not all, degrees in Education available today, blending business thinking with education best practice. We’ll teach you how to critique and apply theories of learning, leadership and innovation in real world scenarios. We’ll develop valuable skills in communication, presenting, coaching and mentoring. You’ll discover how to think critically, to analyse and to project manage – skills which McKinsey (2021) has identified as core competencies for entry to and 'advancement in' today’s evolving workplace.

Join the next generation of graduates who know how to work effectively as a team, to collaborate and to add value. Learn the power of thinking critically and working with peers where you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and understanding in meaningful assignments. Grow in confidence and power through assessments that are relevant, challenging, and meaningful. This BA Innovation in Learning & Development is your big opportunity!
