BA (Hons) Childhood and Education (Top-Up)

This top-up degree in Childhood and Education is designed for students who have already completed a Foundation Degree or equivalent in a related field. It provides an opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills in the area of childhood and education, with a focus on the needs of children aged 0-11 years. You will explore the latest research and best practices in child development, learning and teaching, and gain experience in working with young children through placements and real-world projects. This course is delivered part-time over two years, with each year consisting of 20 weeks of taught modules and a final project or dissertation. Students are expected to attend college one day per week, with additional time required for independent study and project work.
