Course Overview

• Obtain full exemptions from the foundation level examinations for qualification as a patent attorney or trademark attorney in the UK (IPReg/CIPA/CITMA) 

• Have the option to follow the patent attorney or trademark attorney path (please indicate on your application) 

• You can complete this course while in full-time employment; their employers sponsor more than 80% of our students.

• Suppose you do not have prior legal knowledge. In that case, you will be supported by various online activities relating to foundational law principles (such as the English legal system, contract law, and tort). 

General Eligibility

A bachelor's Honours degree with 2:2 in any subject or appropriate training and experience.

20 hours per week

Language Requirement

• IELTS (Academic) 6.0 with a minimum 5.5 in writing, speaking, listening, and reading, or equivalent.
