Course Overview

Build strong analytical skills and understanding of key areas of global politics. Develop the linguistic skills and cultural knowledge to access and engage fully with political, historical and cultural issues in Mandarin Chinese. Spend a year in a Chinese-speaking country to consolidate your language learning. Study at a university ranked sixth in the UK for Modern Languages (QS World University Rankings 2020) and in the top ten for Politics and International Studies (THE World University Rankings 2021).
