Course Overview

You’ll develop the key skills and knowledge of business and management that will enable you to thrive in a variety of business settings. You’ll cover a range of disciplines across tourism, hospitality, the public sector, destination organization and management. With a global mindset, hands-on experience in working with real-life briefs and specialist knowledge of the UK and international travel sector, you’ll be well positioned to kick start your career in a travel and destination business.

You can also bring in modules from areas outside of the Tourism Management pathway if you want to explore issues around a particular theme, such as sustainability or global affairs.

General Eligibility

• Indian students with 65% marks at Grade XII / Pakistani students with 70% marks at Grade XII

• A Level – Grades BCC

• Accredited Prior Learning equivalent to Year 1 and Year 2.

• Other equivalent qualifications from EduQual/BTEC with Merit.

• Copy of latest school credentials

• Passport copy

• Emirates ID (if any)

• Visa Page copy

• Passport Size ID photo

Successful completion of one of the following:

• A recognised post-secondary course.

• University preparation (foundation) studies.

• One year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution.

Part Time Work Details

20 Hours of Work permit weekly for international students.

Language Requirement

• A mandatory English Language Test by Bath Spa University UK conducted in the Bath Spa University Academic Center RAK Campus; or IELTS (Academic) test results in an overall score of 6.0, a minimum score of 5.5 for each skill/band.
